The listed price is in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST, HST, QST, or PST is added at checkout based on the province you bill from — same as you'd see on any other subscription. There are no setup fees, no per-document fees, and no charge for additional customers or templates.
A quick reference for what you'd actually pay each month:
- Alberta · NWT · Nunavut · Yukon — $5.00 + 5% GST = $5.25
- Saskatchewan — $5.00 + 11% (GST 5% + PST 6%) = $5.55
- British Columbia · Manitoba — $5.00 + 12% = $5.60
- Ontario — $5.00 + 13% HST = $5.65
- Nova Scotia — $5.00 + 14% HST = $5.70

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can sign up, create your first estimate or invoice, and send a PDF to see how it looks — all before entering payment details. Billing only starts once you choose to keep using it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any point. You keep access until the end of your current billing month, then your account moves to read-only — you can always download what you created.
Are there limits on customers or invoices?
No. The $5/month plan includes unlimited customers, unlimited estimates, and unlimited invoices. The only thing that scales is your business, not your bill.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Not to start exploring. You'll be asked for payment details when you're ready to send your first invoice to a real customer.
Does the price ever go up?
If you're paying $5/month today, you keep paying $5/month — that's the deal. Future customers might see a different price if we ever change it, but existing customers stay locked in.
Why is it so cheap?
Because we don't do accounting, payroll, time tracking, project management, inventory, or fifty other things you don't need. We do estimates and invoices, well, and we charge what that's actually worth.
